In short: enquiries from the form are emailed to our sales manager and are not stored on the website. The website sets no cookies.

2. The enquiry form
We process the data you give in the form (name, phone, e-mail, message, preferred contact method and the unit or development the enquiry is about) only to answer your enquiry and present an offer.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is needed to send an enquiry.
The website does not store enquiries in a database. The message is emailed to the sales manager’s mailbox and kept there for [period to be confirmed], unless the conversation leads to a contract.
Giving your data is voluntary, but without a phone number or an e-mail address we cannot reply.
3. Marketing consents
Below the form there are two separate, optional consents: to marketing contact by phone and to marketing contact by e-mail. Neither is ticked in advance and neither is a condition of sending an enquiry.
The basis for processing is then your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), as required by the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to the address in section 1. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier contact.
A phone reply to an enquiry that you asked for yourself is not marketing contact and needs no such consent.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be passed only to the providers who run the website and e-mail for us, under data processing agreements: OVHcloud (website hosting) and [e-mail provider – to be confirmed].
We do not sell data and do not pass it to other companies for marketing.
5. Visit statistics
We count visits with PostHog in memory-only mode: it stores nothing on your device, sets no cookies and builds no visitor profiles. We see only aggregate statistics, such as the number of views of each page.
The basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statistics are processed on servers in [server region to be confirmed].
6. Cookies
The website sets no cookies for visitors and stores nothing in the browser. This is why there is no cookie consent banner.
The website embeds no maps, videos or third-party plugins. The map is a static image with a link.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to data portability and to withdraw marketing consent at any time.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
To exercise these rights, write to the address in section 1. We reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
8. Changes to this policy
When the way we process data changes, for example a new form or a new tool, we will update this page and the date below.
In force from [date].
